Yaw Tog’s second single ‘Tonight’ draws fans into his nightlife

In a new song, Asakaa's poster boy Yaw Tog entices listeners to join his nighttime plots.

The Ghanaian rapper, real name Thorsten Owusu Gyimah, just dropped a new song titled "Tonight."
The hip-hop song, which was produced by Khendibeatz, explores the colorful and sinister aspects of Ghanaian nightlife.

With a production that consists mostly of thick baselines, snares, rim shots, and kick-drum patterns, Yaw Tog effortlessly carries on the collaborative effort he and Khendibeatz started on "Sore." Yaw's development is the only thing that has changed.

With a catchy chorus and fun lyrics that explore the nightlife scene, his maturity as an artist elevates the song. He portrays himself as the leader of a nightlife spree with the boys, bantering about the good and bad of the scene and highlighting the pretenders and big spenders.

"Tonight" veers away from his last Drill single, "Obra," which featured young rapper Roii from South Africa. Available on all platforms is TONIGHT.

A strong team win and performance and mathematical qualification assured with a game to spare Barcelona have qualified for the Champions League knockout stages for the first time under Xavi Hernández and need just one point to finish the group stage as Group H winners thanks to a hard-fought and well-earned 2-1 win against FC Porto at the  Montjuïc  Olympic Stadium on Tuesday night.
